1. Shipping Time
- Orders ship within 3 business days after you place them.
- Business days = Monday–Friday (holidays not included).
2. Preorder Items
- If your order includes preorder items, the store will wait until all items arrive before shipping.
- If you order a preorder item AND an in-stock item together, the entire order will be canceled.
- You must place separate orders for preorder and in-stock items.
3. Possible Delays
- Shipping may be delayed if manufacturers or suppliers are late sending products to the store.
4. Factory-Sealed Products
- Products are shipped exactly as they come from the factory.
- The store is not responsible for:
- Tears or imperfections in the plastic wrapping
- Missing or damaged parts inside a factory-sealed product
5. Packaging Damage
- Damage to the outer box/packaging does not count as product damage, since the item inside is expected to still be fine.
6. Mail Forwarding (International Orders)
- If you use a mail forwarding company, the store takes no responsibility once the package is delivered to that company.
- They can’t track or verify what happens after it reaches the forwarding service.
7. “Please order accordingly”
- This means make sure you understand these rules before ordering, especially about:
- preorder items
- shipping delays
- responsibility limits.
